Operating instructions (with panel diagram attached)
1) Turn on the power switch, the meter screen displays the set current value, and the fan starts to rotate.
2) Users can adjust the "welding current adjustment knob" and "arc ignition thrust knob" as needed to achieve the required welding performance.
3) In general, the corresponding values of welding rods and welding current are:
φ 2.5: 70-100A; φ 3.2:110-160A; φ 4.0:170-220A; φ 5.0:230-280A
4) The "arc ignition thrust knob" is used to adjust welding performance, especially in the range of low current when used in conjunction with the "welding current adjustment knob". It can easily adjust the arc ignition current without being controlled by the "welding current adjustment knob". This way, during low current welding, large energy thrust current can be obtained to achieve the effect of simulating a rotating DC welding machine.
5) If the welding machine has a remote control device:
A. Before using the welding machine, determine the position of the remote control selection switch. Set the down gear to OFF to not use the remote control, and set the up gear to ON to use the remote control.
B. Insert the remote control plug correctly into the remote control socket and tighten it. To prevent poor contact.
C. When not using the remote control, the selection switch needs to be set to "OFF", otherwise the current cannot be adjusted on the control panel.
D. Some users accidentally collide and misplace the remote control switch during the welding machine transportation process, causing the welding adjustment to malfunction, but mistakenly believe that the machine has malfunctioned. Attention should be paid.
3-2. Allow load duration
1) Work strictly according to the load duration requirements. (See technical parameter table for details)
2) When working beyond the continuous load rate, the welding machine will suddenly stop working during the welding process. This is due to the welding machine's overload work, internal thermal components acting, causing the welding machine to stop working. No need to disconnect the power, let the fan continue to operate to accelerate the cooling process inside the machine. Generally, it takes 5-10 minutes (depending on the ambient temperature and ventilation conditions) to resume operation. (Note: When using cellulose candle welding rods, increase the thrust appropriately)
